The aim of this survey is to capture the opinions of Darlington patients regarding the upcoming changes to the General Practice appointments which are offered outside of ‘core hours’. In Darlington, core hours are classed as 8:00am – 6:00pm. Your GP practice and Darlington Primary Care Network would greatly appreciate if you could spare 5 minutes to give your views on the future of early morning, evening and weekend General Practice appointments in Darlington.
