In 2024, Darlington PCN is the largest PCN in the North-East, with 11 practices and approximately 116 000 registered patients. In a bid to continue bringing general practices together, we worked collaboratively at scale to build on the sustainability of GP practices by supporting financial and resource pressures and seeking opportunities for a collective response to political pressure on service provision.
