The software listens to consultations and swiftly generates a summary, which clinicians review and use as the basis for consultation notes. This process is both faster and more thorough than manual note-taking, allowing clinicians to focus more on you rather than on keeping notes. Heidi AI Scribe is accredited for use in the NHS and complies with Data Protection law. No recordings are made or stored by Heidi, and it cannot access your medical history. If you prefer the clinician not to use this technology during your consultation, please inform them, and they will respect your request.
